An elite US law firm with a top-tier funds practice is seeking an exceptional Professional Support Lawyer to join its London office. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the most sophisticated private funds teams in the City.
About the Role:
You will work closely with high-profile partners and senior lawyers across the global private funds group. Your role will be instrumental in supporting knowledge development, training, and thought leadership in relation to a wide range of fund formation matters, including private equity, credit, infrastructure, and secondaries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading knowledge management strategy across the Funds team
* Drafting and maintaining precedents and template documents
* Tracking legal developments and market trends
* Preparing internal and client-facing updates and alerts
* Supporting business development and client training initiatives
* Collaborating with global colleagues on cross-office PSL initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years' experience in private funds, gained at a leading law firm
* Strong technical knowledge of UK and international fund structures
* Prior PSL experience ideal, but former Partners or senior associates seeking a transition will also be considered
* Strategic thinker with excellent communication and drafting skills
