* Pay: £92‑£100 per day (weekly)
* Teacher training available on site for suitable candidate

Academics are working with a 'good' school in Chelmsford, Essex. This is a long‑term role commencing in September, and a permanent role will be available for the right candidate from August 2027. The school also offers teacher training, which will be carried on site and would allow you to earn a wage while working towards your QTS.

Key Responsibilities
* Attend to pupils' personal needs and implement related personal programmes (must be comfortable taking both girls and boys to the toilet)
* Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
* Build and maintain successful relationships with students, treating them with respect and consideration
* Hold the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
* Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute
