Job Title: Senior Quality Inspector – Inspection (Pipe)
Location: Barrow-in-Furness.(Full-time onsite, shift work)
Salary: £37,091+ 20% shift allowance depending on skills & experience
What You'll Be Doing
Performing complex and specialist quality inspection activities, applying expert knowledge within your specific quality discipline
Undertaking complex and specialist Quality Inspection activities within their specialist Quality discipline
Conducting conditions management and customer walk-round audits
Performing quality activities in accordance with established processes and procedures, reviewing and updating them where necessary
Using calibrated measuring equipment to verify product tolerances and record any non-conformances
Your Skills And Experience
Experience using and training others in the use of technology and tools applicable to the discipline
Ability to interpret specifications, procedures and contract requirements
Effective stakeholder management
Qualified in an appropriate technical discipline or equivalent experience (e.g. time served in trade discipline)

The Dreadnought Quality & Outfit Inspection Team
You'll join an established, continuously evolving team at the forefront of Dreadnought submarine construction within the Devonshire Dock Hall. This is a unique opportunity to become part of the Quality team in a complex shipbuilding environment, using a wide range of inspection techniques and equipment to support the Dreadnought build programme and ensure the delivery of world-class Submarine capability to the Royal Navy. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
