This newly created role will sit in a wider global employment team but focuses primarily on the UK and European regions. The ideal candidate has charisma, drive and the desire to continuously learn in a team environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience providing legal advice to HR teams and other internal stakeholders on employment matters in various EMEA jurisdictions.
Ability to manage all pre litigation and litigation matters for employment related disputes, working alongside external counsel to create relevant strategies.
Confidence in updating, developing and reviewing employment related documents.
Experience creating and providing internal training on regulations relating to employment matters.
Ability to stay up to date with all employment law changes and relaying relevant information to the necessary stakeholders.
England and Wales qualified solicitor.
The ideal candidate is 3-5 PQE however all candidates will be considered.
An additional European language is a bonus.
