Your Day-to-Day:
* Identify, interview and support teaching and support staff for local school placements
* Write detailed profiles to present candidates to schools in the best possible light
* Build relationships with both educators and school leaders
* Work towards achievable weekly targets with the backing of a great team
* Collaborate with colleagues to match the right people to the right roles
* Get hands-on training in business development, time management, and client care
