What Youll Be Doing
* Identifying new sales and product opportunities across childrenswear
* Analysing market trends and customer demand to support growth strategies
* Collaborating with product and sourcing teams to bring ideas to life
* Presenting and selling product concepts confidently to key stakeholders
* Supporting negotiations, critical path management and supplier coordination
* Travelling internationally for customer meetings and market visits
What Were Looking For
* Background inBuying, Merchandising, Sourcing or Product Development
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Passion for product and fashion trends
* Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability
* Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
