Job Description
* Oversee end-to-end inventory management through audits, cycle counts, stock control and optimising facility storage and layout.
* Manage inbound/outbound flows, customer order processing and resource planning.
* Lead, develop, and support distribution and inventory teams, including training and performance management.
* Manage strategic and operational performance, including budgeting, cost control and KPI tracking, data reporting.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Strong inventory management experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environment
* ERP or WMS experience
