Senior Real Estate Legal Director Role / – Top 20 National Law Firm
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote)
Salary: Up to £110,000 + Excellent Benefits
I have been instructed by a prestigious Top 20 National Law Firm to find an exceptional Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join their highly regarded Birmingham office.

The Role
As a Senior Real Estate Solicitor, you will:
* Support the Real Estate Partner in driving continuous growth and development across the team.
* Work across a variety of investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management matters.
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, ensuring excellent professional development within the team.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, while actively contributing to business development and the expansion of the team’s client base.
About You
* A qualified solicitor with extensive experience in Real Estate law, ideally at a senior associate or legal director level.
* Strong technical expertise across the full range of commercial property matters.
* Proven experience in mentoring and supervising team members.
* Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive approach to business development.
This role offers:
* Salary up to £110,000 (depending on experience)
