Responsibilities
* Serve as a focal point for all communication to and from the Child and Family Team, interacting with patients, relatives, parents, carers, GPs, and other allied health care professionals.
* Provide administrative support to medical records/clerical services and process tasks in line with the Patient Access Policy.
* Support the health visitors and school nursing team with administrative duties, and attend school visits to assist the immunisation programme when required.
