We’re seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in High Wycombe. This full-time role is perfect for someone who is passionate about inclusion and wants to support pupils with EHCPs through personalised and compassionate learning support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing tailored support to pupils with EHCPs
Encouraging emotional regulation and building resilience
Supporting communication and social interaction
Using scaffolding strategies to help pupils access the curriculum
Working alongside teachers and the SENCO to create inclusive learning plans
Being a steady, positive presence in a child’s daily life
