Project/Recovery Worker
Westminster £14.50 per hour + Holiday Pay Ongoing ContractWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Project/Recovery Worker to join a well-established homelessness and supported housing service in Westminster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable adults towards independence and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of clients within supported housing/community services
* Supporting clients with recovery, tenancy sustainment, and independent living skills
* Completing risk assessments, support plans, and safeguarding reports
* Providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults
* Liaising with external agencies including mental health, substance misuse, and housing services
* Maintaining accurate case notes and records
