Your new role As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting them through the initial stages of their claim. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, gather claim details, complete onboarding and compliance checks, and liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth client journey.
