If so, we’d love to hear from you! About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive school in Harlow. In this role, you’ll work closely with children with SEN, supporting them both in the classroom and during break times to help them thrive. Key responsibilities include: Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN. Assisting learning in lessons and during unstructured times. Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day activities. Helping to maintain a safe, organised, and engaging classroom. Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with SEN children (desirable but not essential). Be patient, reliable, and committed to supporting young people. Show initiative with a proactive, can-do attitude. Hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. Have permanent UK residency (essential).
