The Embroidered & Printed Clothing Company is one of the UK's leading clothing and merchandise suppliers to the music industry. Based in Ramsgate, we decorate and ship around 80,000 T-Shirts per week, supplying high-profile artists and labels with the apparel they need for tours, festivals, and web stores.
We operate multiple decoration departments including Screen Print, Embroidery, DTG, Heatpress, and Sewing. This role is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production team with strong potential for progression.
The Role
We're looking for Production Operatives to join our Screen Print department. This hands-on role involves loading garments onto our automatic screen printing machines at speed, assisting with job setups, and supporting general production tasks.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Loading T-Shirts onto automatic screen printing machines
* Unloading and laying out garments after printing
* Assisting with job setup and takedown
* Counting stock and packing orders
* Using in-house software to process and track orders
* Completing production paperwork accurately
* Reporting equipment issues
* Keeping the workspace clean and safe
* Supporting continuous improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
* A keen eye for detail
* Strong numeracy, communication, and manual handling skills
* Comfortable using basic IT systems
* Ability to work under pressure and at pace
* Flexible and able to multi-task
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Team player with a hands-on mindset
Experience not required – full training will be provided. We're more interested in your attitude and work ethic.
