About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping people overcome barriers and move into work? Were looking for an Employment Advisor to support individuals on the WorkWell Programme. Youll work directly with people who need tailored support to return to employment, helping them build confidence, develop skills and take positive steps forward.
This is a hands on role where youll guide customers through their journey, plan personalised support, and work with partners and employers to create real job opportunities.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Manage your own caseload, completing detailed assessments and creating individual work focused action plans.
2. Provide flexible, tailored support based on each customers needs, reviewing progress regularly.
3. Refer customers to suitable training, health and specialist services to support their move toward work.
4. Support job search activity, job matching and preparation for employment, including employer engagement and work trials.
5. Promote customers to local employers and make targeted sales calls to secure job opportunities.
6. Help customers transition from benefits into work and provide in work support to aid sustainability.
