Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare payment runs (BACS/cheques) and ensure suppliers are paid within agreed terms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP ledgers. Raise and issue customer invoices for service, installation, and maintenance contracts. Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time. Chase outstanding debts professionally, maintaining good client relationships. Provide monthly AR ageing reports to management. Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash processing.
