Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading building services company in their search for a Maintenance Plumber to work across multiple sites in Coventry.
For the successful Maintenance Plumber, our client is offering:
* Up to £37,500 per annum (Depending on experience)
* Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
* Permanent Role
* Company van and tools
* Paid travel time
The role – Maintenance Plumber:
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing all types of plumbing systems and pipework (copper, PVC, etc.).
* Carrying out complex plumbing repairs and installations.
* Diagnosing and resolving faults in water systems, including leaks, blockages, and pressure issues.
* Installing and maintaining sanitary ware (toilets, sinks, showers).
* Working on hot water systems and commercial heating systems.
* Mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems and plant room equipment.
* General maintenance such as basic joinery and plumbing work.
* Accurately recording PPM, reactive, and condition check data on the work app.
What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Plumber:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent - ESSENTIAL
* Knowledge of water regulations and plumbing standards - ESSENTIAL
* Experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of plumbing systems - ESSENTIAL
* Previous experience in FM or building management services.
* Full Driver's License - ESSENTIAL
Key skills or similar Job titles: Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, Mechanical Craft Engineer, Multi Skilled Plumber, Facilities Plumber.
