Marketing Manager- Cyber Security
, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across Cisco's key Security GTM priorities by designing and executing high-impact marketing programs in collaboration with strategic partners. This role demands a visionary marketer with deep expertise in the partner ecosystem, global and regional market dynamics, and customer-centric strategies. You will be a key influencer, adept at engaging senior leadership, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Campaign Development
: Design and execute integrated partner marketing campaigns aligned with global marketing strategies and business objectives, with a strong emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
* Partner Enablement
: Create and deliver targeted training and enablement programs tailored to strategic partner needs.
* Joint Planning & Execution
: Collaborate with strategic partners to co-develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, securing buy-in for joint execution.
* Cross-Team Collaboration
: Foster strong relationships with partner sales and marketing teams to identify innovative marketing opportunities and drive alignment.
* Campaign Management
: Lead the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from planning and execution to performance monitoring and optimization.
* Data-Driven Insights
: Leverage analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, uncover growth opportunities, and refine future strategies.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing or integrated campaign management.
* Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
