Rate: £25 - £27 an hour (Outside IR35)
Job Type: 3 month contract, Full-Time (Outside IR35) (Possibility of staying on as a permanent employee after contract)

Are you an Architectural Technician or an Architect with a strong technical background looking to join a collaborative, social studio recognised for delivering large scale residential schemes across London? This practice specialises in the technical delivery of high-rise residential towers and, following continued success, they’re now looking to grow their team.

We’re Looking For:
* Architectural Technician or a Qualified Architects, 2 years minimum industry experience required
* Strong technical skills should be able to demonstrate detailing experience and general experience of working in RIBA stage 4.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* Happy to work in the office 5 days a week
