Learning Manager
Salary: £26,112.58 to £26,980.57
Hours: 37 hours per week, during term time plus five days.
Start Date: This is a permanent role starting as soon as possible.

Join us as a Learning Manager, where you will play a critical role in nurturing student potential by focusing on welfare, strategic intervention, and data‑driven monitoring. This position is perfect for someone passionate about removing academic and behavioural barriers to learning, ensuring all students thrive in a supportive educational setting, and effectively managing complex student cases in collaboration with external agencies.
This successful candidate will initially be responsible for our Year 12 and Year 13 students.
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday, 08:00am until 04:00pm and Fridays 08:00am until 03:30pm.
