This is a full-time role, supporting pupils in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 within a mainstream classroom setting. The role is ideal for someone who can build positive relationships and isn’t fazed by challenging behaviour — someone who knows that the right support can change a pupil’s whole school experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering tailored support to students with various special educational needs Provide one-on-one support to students during lessons and activities. Learning approaches include sensory activities, practical lessons, and structured individual development plans. Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment. Support the development of students' social skills and confidence. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff.
