Responsibilities:

* Generate B2B leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner estate agents.
* Present the benefits of partnering with Town & Country Property Auctions to potential partners.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials.
* Track and report on sales activities and results.
* Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development or sales.
* Experience with B2B lead generation.
* Strong sales skills and a warm, engaging personality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of the property market in the Yorkshire region is a plus.
