My client, an Engineering company based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit an Installation and Planning Administrator on a 2 month maternity contract from Mid-September. As a suitable candidate you will ideally have worked in a fast paced environment where you would have experience of managing costs, dealing with internal and external people and have some experience of Project Management. The main functions of the role include - Dealing with phone and email enquiries - Managing quotes, Purchase Orders and weekly invoices - Responsible for installation packs paperwork - Ordering Stock - Communicating with Engineers to arrange next days work - Liaising with Clients on a daily basis to arrange access for Engineers to get on-site - Routing locations for Engineers, demonstrating a good geographical knowledge of the UK As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Ability to coordinate Engineers diaries - Demonstrate very strong attention to detail - Ensure all quotes are signed off by senior management - Demonstrate commercial awareness by understanding cost implications and project timelines - Good understanding of Health and Safety - An ability to prioritize workload - Strong communication skills with an ability to have tough conversations when needed The hours required for this roe are Mon-Fri, (Apply online only) (on-site) and the pay-rate on offer is between £14.50 and £15.25 Keywords ...
