We are looking for a Transport Service Manager to manage a busy division of the Company. To carry out all recruitment services and working closely with our clients. We are looking for a person who comes from a transport or logistics background and has experience in managing staff and scheduling. Main Duties Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placementManaging temporary and contract driving employeesProactively sourcing new potential opportunitiesAchieve monthly/weekly sale KPIsMaintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs for the CompanyEnsuring your clients' recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible waysKeeping up to date with current market trends within the recruitment and transport industryKeeping up to date with transport and driving regulationsManage transport advertisingA proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles.Scheduling staff and shift rotasWorking with high volume workloadsWorking with tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills and the ability to deal with clients at all levels.The ability to work under pressureBeing available 24/7 on emergency call for the divisionManage and maintain an accurate client and employee database. Qualification's Skills and Experience Good levels of educationPrevious experience in transport or logistics schedulingKnowledge of driving regulationsComputer literateExcellent marketing skillsPrevious experience of managing a recruitment desk would be an advantage Experience in managing staffExcellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideasMust have clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
