We're Hiring: SITE ENGINEER – Luxury Interior Fit-Out (UAE)

ALEC FITOUT is hiring experienced Site Engineers to deliver luxury interior fit-out projects. If you are driven, experienced, and seeking new challenges in the UAE, this could be your next opportunity.
* This role will be based at ALEC FITOUT projects located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
* Note that the position requires a six-day work week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
* Applicants must be eligible to obtain a work visa for the UAE.
Your Role:
* Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
* Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
* Monitor and enforce quality control to ensure premium finishes and precise execution of design elements.
* Maintain safety standards and ensure a safe working environment on-site.
* Track project progress, resolve issues, and update management on key milestones.
What You’ll Need:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fit-out projects.
* Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
* Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
* Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
