Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, my client is looking to appoint a Specialist Security Project Manager to join their expanding team.

What you will be doing
* Managing projects for the installation of specialist electronic security systems
* Overseeing works across secure custodial and blue-light sector environments
* Delivering installations including access control, CCTV, and associated safety systems
* Working closely with principal contractors and end clients
* Providing technical support to installation teams and ensuring high standards of delivery
* Coordinating with commissioning, installation, and service engineers on new-build and refurbishment projects
* Managing change control and identifying opportunities for system improvements and additional services
What we are looking for
* Strong commercial awareness with good budgeting and planning skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and resources effectively
* Confident decision-maker, able to problem-solve under pressure
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with project management tools and IT systems
* Good understanding of construction law and Health & Safety regulations
Experience & qualifications
* Project management experience within construction, security, or electrical engineering
* Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, APM)
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications advantageous
* Experience delivering data networks, servers, or workstations beneficial
* Access control experience with Honeywell, Lenel, or Gallagher advantageous
* Experience with nurse call systems beneficial
Additional requirements
* Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
* Ability to pass NPPV3 police vetting (essential)
* Willingness to travel and work away as required across the UK
