Job Description
Rotating Equipment engineer to provide day-to-day discipline engineering support to a UK offshore asset.
Essential skills and knowledge
* The person should be qualified (degree level - BSc, MEng) and experienced to operate at a mid-career autonomous level. The appointed person will be expected to have worked for a UK Oil and Gas Operator providing asset engineering and maintenance support.
* Knowledge of all types of rotating equipment - turbines (SGT200/Tornado) preferred, centrifugal compressors, dry gas seals, submerged SW lift pumps, API pumps, NFPA fire pumps.
* Knowledge of UK HSE regulatory requirements with a working understanding of the UK legislation framework - Safety Case, Performance Standards.
* Experience in leading work preps to plan and schedule work, ability to QC such work, and conduct readiness to execute assurance.
* Skills in SAP preferred.
