About The Role
As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for greeting clients, fostering relationships, ensuring the smooth operation of our local office, and supporting Sales & Lettings administration to help us serve our customers effectively. This role offers insight into our Sales & Lettings teams. You will assist with preparing move-in and completion packs, registering applicants, booking valuations, and collecting compliance documents from vendors, landlords, and tenants to facilitate deals.
Career progression is extensive. You can advance within the Office Co-ordinator role or leverage this experience to move into other departments at Foxtons. The skills gained here will be highly valuable.
