In the role, you will be providing maintenance and servicing of our clients Security systems. The role of Service Engineer You will be working as part of a skilled team of Service Engineer’s and will be supported by our wider support departments to provide high quality service and customer experience. The key tasks include the following: Carry out all other necessary works required at customer premises in accordance with the Company’s quality standards. Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status. Liaise with service administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure our service commitments are met. Work to a planned service and maintenance schedule, emergency call out requirements. Issue remedial repairs and minor additions to existing installations in line with service administration guidance.
