Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient, organised and personable Legal Secretary to work within our Banchory office. The role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly team undertaking some of the following duties:-
Provide secretarial support to solicitors.
Prepare and processing legal documentation and forms, using databases where applicable.
Undertake audio and copy typing.
Diary management.
Communicate with clients and third parties.
Document management and filing.
Cash work and production of accounts and fees.
Carry out general administration and reception duties, and assist other Property Administrators with property enquiries, booking valuations, property “take on’s” and viewings, as well as any other ad hoc duty as required.
