Agile Health Group is a healthcare provider offering Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Podiatry and Osteopathy in a private setting. We are looking for a new Osteopath to provide suitable and appropriate healthcare to Agile clients. The ideal candidate will remain positive, professional and courteous at all times as well as undertake the following duties:
* To carry out clinical caseload involving assessment and treatment of clients
* To undertake an assessment of the client's complaints and develop and appropriate management plan using intervention options in accordance with your findings and client's.
* To professionally and effectively communicate finding options with client, and work in collaboration with them in development of their management plan
* To use appropriate evidence, resources and reflective practices to ensure you are delivering the best care
* To ensure the keeping up of up to date treatment notes.
* To take part in chart audits to ensure documentation is appropriate
* To make independent clinical decisions and collaborate with colleagues where appropriate
* To refer clients to other health professions or consultants where indicated
* To work professionally and effectively with other healthcare professionals
* To promote or support patient rights by promoting individual choice, respecting their beliefs and ensuring privacy and dignity at all times
* To understand the importance of and maintain confidentiality
* To act professionally in clinic and during verbal or written interactions with clients.
* To observe hand and clinic hygiene (hand washing, changing linen, wiping plinths etc)
* To ensure registration and maintenance of membership with the appropriate governing bodies (e.g, HCPC, GCC, GOSC & BCA).
* To follow in the standards of practice and code of conduct laid down by such governing bodies (e.g, HCPC, GCC, GOSC & BCA).
