Job Responsibilities
* Your principal, main, major or most important duty includes one or some combination of the following tasks:
* Interview, select and train Team Members;
* Direct the work of Team Members;
* Appraise Team Members’ productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status;
* Handle Team Member issues including, but not limited to complaints;
* Discipline Team Members;
* Plan the work;
* Distribute or assign the work among Team Members;
* Provide for the safety and security of Team Members or the store;
* Manage the budget for your department or location;
* Manage inventory for your department or location;
* Monitor or implement compliance measures.
* Oversee training provided to department Team Members to reduce turnover, promote efficiency, and control labor costs.
* Provide motivational leadership by fostering respect and setting an exemplary example.
* Identify team strengths and opportunities, and think strategically in scheduling and planning.
* Develop future leaders by identifying Team Members with potential for advancement.
* Nurture an environment of inclusion and diversity, giving each Team Member a voice.
* Maintain safety as the top priority for Team Members, guests, and products.
* Inspire the team and guests with a passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
* Set and achieve sales and profit goals while managing shrink.
* Establish and communicate an ongoing plan with the team to ensure they are informed and prepared.
* Coordinate with the merchandising team to communicate promotions effectively.
* Make innovative plans and suggestions to improve business performance.
* Review financial reports and historical data to enhance sales, profits, and operational efficiency.
* Oversee inventory accuracy and monitor fluctuations in inventory and shrinkage.
