McCarthy Stone is recruiting a professional Care & Support Assistant to join the team at our prestigious Corbett Court development in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
Hourly rate: £12.39 per hour, plus earn up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend shifts.

About the role: As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to our residents, enabling them to live well in later life. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, supporting residents in activities that promote health and wellbeing, helping with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and assisting with shopping. Every day offers variety and the chance to make a real difference using your people skills.
About you:
* You are warm, friendly, and ideally have some experience in care or support environments.
* You are passionate about enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy teamwork in a busy setting.
* You are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
* You are interested in working in the Health and Social Care sector and preferably hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, though relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
