Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive offerings.
* Analyze data and industry insights to develop informed sales and marketing strategies.
* Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
* Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on potential impact and alignment with company goals.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead handover and seamless transition from marketing to sales.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Gather customer feedback to enhance product/service offerings and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, providing insights into key performance metrics.
* Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
Skills/Qualification/Experience Required
* Previous experience in a sales role with proven levels of success is preferrable.
* Experience in a regulated industry would be a plus.
* Demonstrable experience applying analytical and modeling techniques to provide insights into business issues.
* An adaptable approach to finding analytical solutions to problems.
* An ability to analyse data in innovative ways and present findings clearly to a range of audiences.
* Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
* Familiarity with relevant software and CRM such as ServiceNow.
* Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently.
* Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
* Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods.
* Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets.
* Japanese and Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.
