As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will have full experience in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing. You are efficient, well organised and have meticulous attention to detail. Some experience in commercial conveyancing would be an advantage. As a Residential Property Solicitor, your duties will include (but are not limited to): Buying and selling a residential property, including new build, and buy-to-let transactions, probate and auction sales acting for developers and lenders as well as individual Dealing with joint ownership, transfer of ownership or equity and partition of ownership, including matrimonial transfers Comply with relevant training requirements of the SRA and CQS Handing freehold, leasehold and lease extensions Re-financing / Re-mortgaging Processing stamp duty land tax HM Land Registry applications Actively promote the services of the firm and its image at all times. Participate in marketing activities on a departmental and firm-wide basis.
