Agricultural Technician - KentSalary: £39K-£44K Basic + Overtime + Bonus | £50K-£60K OTEHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with overtime available.Location: Charing, KentHolt Automotive is recruiting on behalf of a family-run agricultural dealership for an Experienced Agricultural Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with industry-leading equipment, providing service, maintenance, and repair solutions to customers across the region. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of farm machinery, including tractors, combines, and sprayers, both on-site and in the workshop.Benefits

Key Responsibilities
* Service, repair, and diagnose faults on agricultural machinery.
* Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure machinery is ready for use.
* Promote dealership services and maintain customer relationships.
* Use diagnostic tools and attend manufacturer training to stay up to date.
Requirements
* Experience in agricultural machinery repair (e.g., tractors, balers, combines).
* Knowledge of AGCO products (advantageous but not essential).
* Strong communication and IT skills.
* Ideally Level 3 Qualification in Agricultural Engineering.
