Your Role
As a Community Carer, you'll provide warm, person-centred care in clients' homes, including:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Support with meals and hydration
* Medication prompts and administration
* Emotional reassurance and companionship
* Mobility assistance
* Light household tasks (tidying, laundry, fresh linens)
* Recording care via our easy-to-use mobile app
You'll become a trusted presence—offering practical help and heartfelt support when it matters most.
Working Hours
We especially welcome availability during evenings and weekends. Shifts include:
* Evenings: Typically 4:00pm–10:00pm
* Weekends: Mornings, afternoons, or full days
* Extra Shifts: Pick up additional hours via our Click to Care app
We'll collaborate with you to build a rota that suits your availability while ensuring consistent care for our clients.
Important: Rural Driving Required
Many of our clients live in remote countryside locations, often accessed via narrow country lanes. You'll need:
* A full UK driving licence
* Access to a reliable vehicle
* Confidence driving in rural areas and all weather conditions
