About the opportunity Coordinate and support events and stakeholder engagement including industry forums, networking sessions, and internal workshops to advance strategic objectives. Develop communications such as website content, capability statements, promotional materials, project reports, and presentations. Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Office of Industry and Commercial Development, ensuring compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. About you Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in project coordination, marketing, communications, or event management. Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering professional events and stakeholder engagement activities. Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft reports, promotional content, and correspondence for diverse audiences. High-level interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools. Note : Occasional travel within the state and interstate may be required.
