We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales professional for a rewarding opportunity in the retail technology sector.
We need a passionate Assistant Store Manager to lead our client's store alongside the Store Manager and drive sales at this new location.

* Competitive salary + Commission - OTE £27,000
* 37.5 Hours Per Week - Sundays off
* Working hours: 10am-6pm

Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and lead the sales team by example and working closely with them on the sales floor
* Manage the store, stock, and staff efficiently at all times
* Develop staff skills and performance through appropriate training and development to increase sales and efficiency
* Ensure staff attend relevant supplier training to improve product knowledge
* Complete all administration accurately and on time
* Conduct performance reviews and act on identified areas for improvement
* Maintain effective communication to keep staff informed about all department aspects
* Maximize sales potential and profitability to meet performance targets
* Manage and develop all directly reporting staff
* Build strong relationships with customers and promote the Custom Installation service and products
* Maintain adequate staffing levels and keep accurate attendance records on Hi-PoS
* Ensure health and safety compliance within the store and manage associated risks
* Prioritize health and safety for oneself and others, cooperating with the company to meet responsibilities
