We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Collation Packing Manager with knowledge of manufacturing processes, stock management, and team leadership. Familiarity with Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation, leadership skills, and composure under pressure are essential.
Job overview
You should be hands-on, motivated, and results-driven. Your role is to support your team in achieving optimal performance and improving production to meet and exceed targets. You will ensure the timely delivery of the production plan, maintain high quality standards, and manage resources collaboratively across departments. Continuous improvement, cost, and waste reduction are key focus areas. A full job description is available upon request.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, office hours
Salary to be discussed at interview.

The successful candidate will have:
* Proven leadership in food or FMCG production
* Extensive manufacturing process knowledge and lean principles application
* Understanding of building high-performing teams
* Level 3 HACCP certification or higher
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Experience in driving change and efficiency improvements
