Motus Commercials, located in Glasgow, is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Advisor to join our friendly team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The position involves working:
45 hours per week on various rotating shift patterns to be discussed at the interview.
Salary - £29,100

As a Customer Sales Advisor in Glasgow, you will demonstrate:
* High-level customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Main duties include:
* Providing thorough service to internal and external customers to ensure vehicles are back on the road quickly
* Identifying vehicle parts requirements using manufacturer systems
* Driving seasonal product sales and upselling
* Undertaking training within the Parts Department and with manufacturer partners
* Managing stock to meet customer needs
* Providing excellent customer service through various communication methods
