IRecruit4 are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a temporary-to-permanent position with a leading heating spares supplier based in Fairford. Duties for Customer Service Advisor: Responding to customer queries and enquiries by phone and email Liaising with suppliers and couriers to resolve issues Updating customer information in the company database Processing returns efficiently Checking orders ready for dispatch for accuracy Assisting with warehouse activities as required Processing sales and payments when necessary Maintaining good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel Working collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines Requirements for Customer Service Advisor: Strong customer service skills Previous experience in a customer service role or operational environment beneficial Experience with databases or order management desirable Excellent attention to detail Ability to follow procedures accurately Organised, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment Must be able to drive due to location Hours and Pay for Customer Service Advisor: 8:30am 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (41.25 hours/week) £13 per hour Temporary-to-permanent role Free parking If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity, please call 01793 987470 and ask to speak with Shannon, or click apply today!
