We are pleased to be working on a fantastic new vacancy to provide temporary HR Admin support to a busy HR Department.
Key Vacancy Information
* Temporary for 14 weeks, with the potential for permanent employment at the discretion of the business.
* Full-time hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
* Salary guide: £24,790
* Immediate start required
* Location: Sheffield city centre
* Option to work from home 1-2 days a week after training
* Successful candidates will need to pass a DBS check
Your New Role
You will be part of a busy HR Department, providing support during a particularly busy period. Initially, this role is temporary for 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
* Supporting recruitment activities, including writing job descriptions and adverts, and arranging interviews
* Managing HR documents and maintaining HR information systems
* Assisting with new staff onboarding and compliance checks
* Providing general administrative support
* Using MS Office applications
Requirements
* Ideally, experience in recruitment administration
* Previous HR Admin experience is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to pass a DBS check
* Immediate availability
