Overview
Store Manager role at Big Yellow Self Storage in Sheffield. Base pay range: £31,910 per annum (OTE £35,101) plus benefits. Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with a mix of early and late shifts to cover store opening and closing times.

* Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with your team
* Managing, recognising and rewarding your team while maximizing store performance
* Identifying the potential of your team to ensure a strong pipeline of talent

* Owning the store’s financial contribution to drive sales and control costs
* Ensuring you and your team provide the highest level of customer service
* Maintaining commercial awareness of competitors to improve team and store performance
* Taking accountability for all store operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, health and safety compliance, security, and accurate administration
* Promoting a positive and flexible approach to daily management of the store and team
