Your missions
Framatome Ltd are seeking a highly organized and proactive Workshop Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations in Avonmouth.
As Workshop Coordinator, you'll be a key part of our workshop operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly-from tools and equipment to logistics and documentation. You'll work closely with production, procurement, finance, and quality teams to support manufacturing objectives and uphold Framatome's high standards.
Key Activities and Outputs
Manage and allocate workshop resources including PPE, tools, and consumables.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
Support daily planning meetings and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
Maintain accurate records for equipment calibration, maintenance, and staff training.
Raise purchase requisitions and manage goods receipt through SAP.
Assist with audits, process improvements, and workshop documentation. Oversee logistics for goods-out and ensure efficient waste management.
You are
3+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, or finance.
Strong coordination and communication skills across departments.
High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience in regulated industries (nuclear, aerospace, etc.) advantageous.
A questioning attitude and a can-do mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Attention to detail and results-driven approach.
