As an Aftersales Manager you will be an integral member and leader within the Aftersales Team.

Responsibilities
* Managing and supporting a small team of technicians to consistently achieve their individual targets, whilst maintaining quality of work.
* Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence.
* Managing and assisting aftersales advisors with cross‑functional tasks; including customer interactions, front of house responsibilities, and within the parts department.
* Positively impacting and contributing to the performance of the aftersales department, through identifying opportunities to increase profitability and exceed objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. aftersales manager, service manager, front of house manager etc.).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships.
* Demonstrable success in achieving team and departmental targets.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
