Overview:
First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit an Electrical Instructor on a permanent basis due to growth to be based at their Lyneham depot.
As an Electrical Instructor, you'll deliver and develop high-quality electrical engineering training for military trainees, helping shape the future of defence capability. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preparing and delivering electrical training sessions using modern teaching methods and technologies.
* Assessing trainee progress through written and practical evaluations.
* Monitoring trainee development and providing feedback, support, and remedial instruction.
* Ensuring safety, compliance, and equipment accountability within the training environment.
* Maintaining and updating course materials to reflect current equipment and standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Supervisory experience in a technical or engineering setting.
* Proven experience in a relevant working environment.
* Experience with electromechanical equipment.
* Knowledge of power generation and distribution systems, including single-phase and three-phase systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
