Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a newly launched specialist provision, supporting students with ASD, Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), and Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA). You will play a key role in shaping the foundation and best practices of the provision as it grows.
Working under the guidance of the DSP Lead, you will:
* Provide tailored 1:1 and group support to students based on their individual needs
* Assist in delivering high-quality interventions and adapted curriculum access
* Work closely with a collaborative team of experienced educators and external specialist agencies
* Foster an environment where all students feel safe, respected, and able to thrive

* Experience working with young people, particularly those with ASD and associated learning needs, is highly desirable
