As Programme Manager(Digital Platform & Content), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a new digital learning platform that combines practical education with innovative delivery. This opportunity goes beyond task management, it’s about shaping and delivering a platform of accessible, engaging, and actionable resources that truly support small business owners and make a lasting difference. You’ll play a key role in building and curating this platform, with a focus on content design, programme delivery, and creating meaningful impact. What You’ll Be Doing Shape the vision: Lead the design and delivery of a digital access-to-finance platform, with the goal of launching an initial minimum viable product (MVP) by early 2026, while ensuring it evolves into a minimum lovable product (MLP) that truly resonates with small business owners Build the platform : Select and manage the digital platform, ensuring smooth integration of content, usability, and scalability. Develop the curriculum : Define learning objectives, structure, and delivery formats, ensuring content is accessible, engaging, and directly useful to small and underserved business owners. Innovate & test : Apply human-centred design, agile product principles, and AI-led optimisation to validate the proposition through user testing and feedback loops. Collaborate widely : Build strong relationships with fintechs, educators, ecosystem partners, and internal stakeholders to strengthen both platform and programme. Measure success : Establish KPIs and impact frameworks to track registrations, engagement, participant progress, and long-term outcomes. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who thrives on innovation, takes ownership, and can deliver with independence and focus. Proven experience in programme design and delivery, ideally within education, capability-building, or entrepreneurship. Strong track record in product and proposition development, including MVP launches and iterative design. Knowledge of digital platforms and content management systems. Ability to design curriculum frameworks and translate them into engaging, accessible content. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to bring partners and teams together around a shared vision. Experience in impact measurement and reporting, turning data into actionable insights. Bonus points if you have: Experience in financial inclusion, social sustainability, or supporting underserved communities. Familiarity with behavioural science or adult learning theory. Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences. Why This Role?
