We are working with an elite international law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Construction team within their London office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a dynamic practice, supporting the Construction group in its expansion of its transactional services. The candidate will support the team in development work, as well as the construction aspects of real estate and finance matters and drafting and negotiating supporting documentation for transactions.
The role will offer the successful candidate to work with highly reputable clients and colleagues throughout the firm’s global network, supporting both on a range of high-profile non-contentious construction matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria
* 4+ PQE;
* Strong background in commercial disputes in a medium to large commercial firm;
* Excellent commercial awareness;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
